Krebs Cycle Take Home: Why are there 8 reactions instead of just 1? Know that each reaction has a separate reactant-specific enzyme to catalyze that reaction. What are the enzymes? How many turns of the cycle for each glucose molecule? What does the cycle regenerate to continue the cycle? What are the initial reactants and the final products? What is the importance of NADH and FADH2? How is the ATP made and how many net ATP are produced?
