Math 4-5: Similar Polygons Objective: How to identify similar polygons and find missing measures of similar polygons.

Vocabulary polygon – a closed figure in a plane formed by three or more line segments similar – polygons with the same shape (not necessarily the same size) corresponding parts – parts of congruent or similar figures that match congruent – the same measure scale factor – the ratio of the lengths of two corresponding sides of two similar polygons
