GLPM & External Evaluation 2. POOLS-3 initial observations & UK NA feedback

1.GLPM & External Evaluation There are many challenges and obstacles involved in project work and having an objective input from a "critical friend" can help enormously. GLPM is a consortium of experts working in the field of transnational cooperation work who provide a range of support to organisations running projects. http://www.glpm.co.uk/

External Evaluation outcomes Attend the kick-off and one other workshop. Compile a Finalised External Evaluation Strategy and Initial Quality Report. Compile a First Year Quality Report. Compile a Second Year Quality Report. Compile an Additional Updated Final Quality Report.

External Evaluation strategies progress made towards outcomes, respect of work-plan consortium performance as a transnational collaboration consistency of the relevance to the ToI action quality of the outcomes and products extent of inclusion of the target group the transfer processes themselves

External Evaluation strategies monitoring the way in which the projects reacts to feedback: - from the UK NA assessment processes - from the end-users and target groups - from other stakeholders - from its own internal processes - from the recommendations of the external evaluation impact of dissemination activities innovative, pedagogical and ICT elements strategy for sustaining the project activities
