Prior Knowledge about Buddhism 1. Give each member the handout and turn it over to the Venn Diagram. 2. Turn to iBook page _____ and with your shoulder partner review the Video Guide about Buddhism. Focus on answering these questions with your partner: A. What was the name of the founder of Buddhism? What was he eventually called? B. What did he discover during a deep state of meditation? C. In what way does the Buddha believe humans are connected? D. How should every person live their life? E. Discuss the Four Noble Truths in #13 with your partner. What can we learn about ourselves or world around us by adopting these truths?
