Chemical Equations N2 + 3H2 -> 2NH3 N H Law of Conservation of Mass: Mass can not be created or destroyed. Therefore: the number of atoms of each element must be the same on both sides of the equation. How many Nitrogens does each side have? How many Hydrogens does each side have? 2 2 6 6
