Kristin Kittl Kristin.kittl@fmsd.org 1st Grade Kristin.kittl@fmsd.org I truly enjoy the outdoors! For me, that entails everything from camping, boating, skiing, hiking, and sporting events. Teaching is something I choose to do. I wake up every morning and get excited to make a difference. Personal Objectives: This year I plan to focus on student achievement data because it offers invaluable support for making good decisions about instruction. To help all students achieve, I plan to systematically and routinely use data to guide instructional decisions and meet students’ learning needs. I also plan to teach students to examine their own data and set learning goals. Favorite App & Why? Personally: Pinterest because I am always looking for creative ideas to spruce up my classroom and make learning fun! Educationally: KaHoot! because it's a great way to review and keep all students highly engaged.

Karen Orozco Personal Objectives: 1st Grade karen.orozco@fmsd.org I enjoy traveling as much as I can, especially to warm places (I despise the cold weather)! Although teaching can be a stressful career sometimes, my students remind me that it’s worth it everyday! Personal Objectives: This year I am focusing on personalized learning so that all learners have equitable access to the curriculum. I also want my students to feel empowered in their learning and become producers of products. Favorite App & Why? Personally: Yelp because I am always looking for new, delicious places to eat at! Educationally: Numbers because students can bring in different media into this app to create something new and it really helps them with the writing process.

1st Grade Teacher Julissa Perez julissa.perez@fmsd.org I enjoy teaching, my week ends, spending time with my family, playing soccer, and eating good food! Personal Objectives: Every year I strive to better myself as a person: a teacher, mother, wife, and friend.
