(a) Main Tasks of R & A Process to Perform R & A of the Chapter Establishment of the Regulation (Mondatory) ( containing legal procedures and conditions for License) The Guide documents are (Not Mondatory) Alternative methods for submitting license to be Agreed with the RB
(b) Defining the Review & Assessment Process to be Performed 1. Receipt of Application for Authorization of a Facility 2. Check/initial Review for Documentations of Application 3. Planning & Scheduling of R & A 4. Performance of R & A / Regulatory Inspections to Complement R & A 5. Preparation of the Safety Evaluation Report
(c) Process Management in the RB Org & Assigning Responsibilities Process will be Managed in accordance with Integrated Management System where hierarchy of organization is observed; This includes: Departments/Divisions/Units, etc, based on Job Description
(d) Internal & External Communication TSO Consultants Experts CEO/DG Directorate Division Other institutions
(e) Expected Inputs & Outputs Inputs - PSAR, Regulations & Guidances Outputs - RB Report containing; Brief description of Installation & Facility Conclusion on Safety Analysis of each part of the facility in comparison with Acceptance Criteria Conclusion of Safety Margin
