Goals Maintaining a healthier lifestyle for all students Get students involved in physical activities Improving students cardiovascular function Incorporate fun and exercise together Create a program students can continue after school

Description of 7 Min Workout 7 minutes of high intensity workout 12 exercises done for 30 seconds each (includes: Jumping jacks, push-ups, etc.) 10 second break between exercises Helps training muscle, burn fat and improve health Friendly and easy to work with Tips on maintaining a healthy lifestyle

Why is it efficient ? Targets all types of students Beginners can see how exercises are done (10 sec demonstration) Experienced students can move on to more intense workouts (challenges) Students can also set their own goals Students are able to create meal plan Keep track of your success Can be done by yourself or with others Can have a coach to teach you (teacher, experienced students)
