English I Aug. 31st Materials: pink rubric from Monday (if you don’t have one, there are some you can borrow), something to write with, highlighter, sample essays Using your rubric as a guide, scan through the 1st essay and highlight at least five things you think that the writer did to earn a score of 4/4/2 which is a perfect score.

English III Aug. 31st In the blank space at the bottom of page 9, write PFO, E&E, and Con. Then give the essay the rubric score you think that it deserved and a brief statement as to why. You can see that the official score for this was PFO=4/4 E&E=4/4 Con.= 2/2

Find at least one word that matches in each of the three categories. English III Aug. 31st On page 10, use your highlighter and highlight any words that the score report used that matched any words in your pink rubric. Find at least one word that matches in each of the three categories.

English III Aug. 31st Ok, so now read through pages 17-18 with a partner, In the blank space on page 18, write your score for this essay (PFO, E&E, and Con.) with a one sentence explanation of why you gave it that score Then, write your partner’s name, their score, and a sentence that explains why you agree or disagree with your partner’s score

Then, in the blank space provided on page 26 write a brief paragraph explaining why you agree with the score report it was given or why you don’t agree. Include specific reasons that pertain to the pink rubric.
