A. Design and Efficiency Do you like the design? (Y82%) Does it look professional? (Y82%) Is it easy to navigate? (Y64%) Has it been reliable? (Y82%) Have you had any problems using this tool? (N73%) Has it been free from errors? (Y73%) Any other comments? Search function would be very useful. The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

B. Content Does the content correspond to the general purpose? (Y82%) Is it logical and comprehensive? (Y64%) Is it up to date? (Y91%) Is it professional? (Y91%) Is it informative? (Y73%) Would it be useful to a wider audience? N/A Would you recommend it to colleagues? (Y73%) The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

Any other comments? Recommending depends on the purpose of the tool - for mere communication and information exchange it is suitable; if important files or documents have to be exchanged it is complicated (other methods are more suitable like drop-boxes etc.) The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

C. Satisfaction What is the most satisfying aspect of the tool? Easy to use All the information is readily available in one place Easy to access Contact between partners Easy access to all information regarding the project All the information is easily accessible and easy to find Latest news All communication in the project compiled in one place The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

What is the most disappointing aspect of the tool? The absence of logic of the material published Not necessarily easy to find as seems to the filed as chronological order rather than folders? There is not an organisation of the documents It hasn't got a search engine Its structure Absence of search tool. Information gets lost No location for the storage of special documents / files The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

15. How can it be improved? By adding members' emails that can be exported. It`s highly preferable to structure the information creating folders to make it more comprehensible. To ensure the participants will not miss the deadline, create an online table with the deadlines so that the tool will generate notifications automatically and forward it to the email box. Use of folders to more easily find information Organisation of documents uploaded on the tool It can send the reminders to the mail box for the information updates to introduce topics/wps division Add a search engine. Add a possibility to store project general documents. plugin-addition so you can have a storage-area Online table with the deadlines – Online action plan Storage of project documents Search function Tags The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.

Any other comments? Useful and secure The European Commission support for the production of this publication does not constitute an endorsement of the contents which reflects the views only of the authors, and the Commission cannot be held responsible for any use which may be made of the information contained therein.
