Ageing Better in Camden mission statement ‘Ageing Better in Camden is a partnership of older people and Camden organisations, working together to tackle social isolation and loneliness among older people.’

Who are our audience? Over-60s Camden residents Socially Isolated or at risk of social isolation

What is our offer? Identify older people who are socially isolated or at risk of social isolation Support older people to get involved in their community in ways that suit them Activities (group based, participation)

How we got here today Ageing Better, Fulfilling Lives: 2013 saw a four stage application processes, hundreds of people involved Awarded £4.6 million over six years One of 14 Ageing Better areas Ageing Better in Camden projects launched in July 2015, official event in November 2015 Test and learn and Asset based Community Development (ABCD)
