Purpose Try web development and marketing strategies Costs and Customers The audience for the game is primarily Extension Educators for their own learning or to use in workshop settings for small business owners. The online simulation will let small business owners see the economic impact of various decisions they make about using the Internet. Decisions such as creating websites, adding e-commerce capability or selecting marketing strategies all have a cost as well as potential increase in customers associated with them. The learner will be able to add or remove specific decisions and see a running total of the costs and customers. The simulation will be developed with Flash animation, giving it a game-like quality. The game will be available online to national Extension Educators.
