What is Progress Tracker? A Training Program that’s based on your hospital training needs! All your hospital documents and training resources are easily uploadable into Progress Tracker Combined with hundreds of ACT’s videos, you customize a weekly curriculum for each position in the hospital Each staff member’s progress and test results are automatically tracked

How to get started If you have not signed up for an inexpensive online ACT subscription, call 800-357-3182 now You can now assign a user ID and Password to each of your staff so they have access from virtually anywhere high-speed internet is available Staff can access hundreds of videos from the Training Home Page or they work through Progress Tracker’s weekly assignments

Progress Tracker Features Start with ACT’s training templates for each position and edit these to your specific needs. You may also choose to start with a blank template and build a training program from scratch using any of your Word Documents, Power Point, Images, PDFs, and/or ACT videos. You can write a question for each task that will show up on that week’s test.

Progress Tracker Features Once you’ve built a template, it can be assigned to any employee. You can build as many templates as you choose The administrator can assign a supervisor to the new employee. This supervisor can now view and validate the employee’s performance by clicking the box to create a color that corresponds to a particular message (For example: Green=Great Job, Yellow=Acceptable, Red=Needs to be repeated) The supervisor can type comments on the trainee’s Progress Tracker Page (either viewable or invisible to the employee)

Progress Tracker Features You also have the ability to extend the time period for completion by 2X, 3X or 4X. This is especially helpful for part-time employees or volunteers If the training period is delayed for some reason, ie. sickness, the administrator can adjust the schedule to accommodate the change There are other great features you will discover that make Progress Tracker easy to set up and flexible to fit your needs If you have questions, call 800-357-3182
