Modern History Semester II Exam Overview Part I: Analysis and Writing: 1 document, 4 questions (40 pts.) This portion requires no special preparation and will be administered unannounced and ahead of time. Part II: Factual Knowledge (60 pts.) Part A: Multiple Choice questions (emphasis on post-WWII - present era but includes 6 questions from Sem. I) – 40 pts. Part B: Maps (practice maps on successive slides) All European Countries and Capitals (present day) – 10 pts. 20th/21st century sites of major battles, campaigns, disputed regions, key geo-political features. – 10 pts.
