Starting with the 2018-19 Signing Year… NLI recruiting ban modification. Allows an NLI signee to communicate with coaches at other NLI member institutions when the signee submits the NLI release request. Pending NLI Release/NLI Recruiting Ban Lifted. No Release/NLI Recruiting Ban Lifted.
