Strategic Planning: Metrics Thursday, January 17, 2019 Ray wanted the focus of this meeting to be metrics and how we use them to move forward. His guidance from the new board chair, Lorne Adrain is that metrics will be used for performance measurement and outcomes.

Questions from Strategic Change From CCRI Strategic Plan Who will our students be? What should we teach? How should we teach it? How will students learn? What are society’s needs? How does society expect us to meet its needs? What role will learning play? How will we pay for it? What students will we teach? What will our students learn? What resources will we need? How will we measure success? Position the college… Strengthen culture of academic excellence… Maximize efficiency… Develop measurement standards… Our questions are valid ones asked by other higher education organizations.
