KOMPLEX General Recently done: Complete renovation of the Aula and the reception and entrance corridor: New stonework in the Aula and granit stones at the entrance Paintings of the Aula’s façade and entrance walls and ceiling Installation of steel flower-holder library Growing Plant life hanging around the building hall in the Aula Hand over of the 2nd elevator at the entrance Renovation of the bathrooms New facade outlook Facade renovation New lighting decorations Ventilation and heating / cooling system upgrade Future Agenda: Ground Floor Negotiations about prolonging lease contract with JVS Group Still generating income from events rentals. Further negotiations with restaurants The floor will be upgraded in accordance to the future concept. Office Floors Fit-out works, preparing the handover of the leased premises to HubHub. Hotel Floors Final phase of the Hotel construction and establishment of operations. Opening time is end of July
