Identification and size distribution of groups of legume-specific genes by single linkage clustering analysis. TBLASTX with an E-value cutoff of 10–6 was used to compare the legume-specific TCs and homologous singletons against each other. Clustering analysis was used to identify groups of related sequences from the TBLASTX results. Noted are groups of interest that are discussed further in the text.
