Off-Season Phase 2: Pre-Season: December 3 – March 2 DECEMBER 3 - 19 - lifting continues Monday/Wednesday “OPEN GYM” 4-5 Players pay $5 per session for “OPEN GYM” JANUARY 2 & MARCH 2- lifting continues Monday/Wednesday Training – Nation9 4-5 for New 9th/10th and returning Frosh 5-6 for New 11th/12th and returning V/JV $150 per player pre-pay, $10 per session

Spring Schedule Tryouts March 4th-8th 1st team practice March 9th (Varsity and JV only) Team Parent meeting March 11th Participation is 6 days a week. Generally Mon-Sat We practice/play on Off-school days Participation is Mon-Fri with an occasional Saturday Southern Trip March 20-24 Commitment from March 5th to June 15th Other teams, sports, vacations, etc.
