Shadowmatch® data as part of the Student Success Framework
Shadowmatch® Shadowmatch® is a worksheet application that that determines the strength of an individual’s habits. Successful students in various qualifications are asked to participate in the assessment in order to establish a benchmark or “shadow”. Participants are rated on 19 different habits as well as on the individual’s conceptual fitness, task efficiency and attitude. Student habits and behaviours are compared to the benchmark and they receive the following feedback: Personal report Personal Development Programme
