A PLACE CALLED EARTH

Pitch-in Winston Churchill

Why ? We want to reduce the amount of litter in and around Winston. With the help of everyone, students, teachers and parents we can clean up the school yard to enhance our school yard’s appearance and make it a cleaner place to be for everyone.

What will you be doing? Each class will have a specific area for which they will be responsible. In groups, students will be responsible to pick up litter in and around the school yard.

What do you pick up? Papers Candy/food wrappers Cans Juice boxes

Do not pick up Sharp Objects like syringes or broken glass, If you are not sure what it is DO NOT PICK UP, TELL YOUR TEACHER ABOUT IT

What do you need ? Gloves Garbage bags
