Further training After the (mandatory) initial training most teachers are very busy, so we try to offer a broad range of activities for further training. Further courses Regular seminars On demand workshops Yearly conference

On demand workshops Offered to groups of HE teachers (e.g. a division or a program) where we visit the group on their terms Some examples: Learning for sustainable development How to write a course plan and formulate learning outcomes Starting to supervise degree projects Maintaining a pedagogical portfolio Developing as a teacher through peer visits The role of e-learning at a campus based university Recording lectures

Yearly conference Two days with the same program repeated for our two main campuses Typical program Invited speaker Teaching staff can present developmet work and discuss new ideas Groups that have received special grants for pedagogical development will present their work
