Actual situation According to the projections of the Albanian Centre for Competitiveness and International Trade (ACIT), in the period 2007-2012 between 18% to 22% of the Albanian migrants in Greece equivalent to approximately 180,000 individuals, have returned to Albania. Given the effect of visa liberalization on mobility of the Albanian citizens in the EU Schengen area from December 2010, the propensity to migrate and consequently to return remains considerable. Strong national capacities are therefore required in preparing for future challenges of labour mobility that relate also to return and reintegration of migrants.

IOM + MINISTRY OF WELFARE AND YOUTH Innovative services for the returned emigrants in order to help they in entrepreneurship, especially in the rural areas January- December 2013 Special Desks for emigrants, in order to orient them in the labor market. Reccomandation for the special needs in the areas of their residence.

DIMAK German Center for Information on Migration, Education, and Vocational Studies and Career (GIZ + CIM) Dissemination of Information Offers for the professional studies and employment. Consulting on the Albanian labor market organizing fairs of work and career. Training on how to make employment applications in Germany. Trainings for the employees in the Employment Services Criteria and conditions for legal migration in Germany Information days in different municipalities of Albania in order to disseminate the information to the most distant areas of Albania.

NATIONAL CENTER FOR THE ASYLUM SEEKERS QKPA Created in 2004 with a special decree of the Council of Ministers. Accommodation of the aliens that are seeking asylum which has been refused but are waiting the end of the appeal term. Depends on the Ministry the Internal Affairs Offers free accommodation, food, consulting on the legal procedures for the asylum.

Centers for Migrants’ Services Offer of information for migratio: documents, visa application, employment and studies. Assist the returned emigrants Opened in 2002 thanx to a project for the Western Balkans for the promotion of the collaboration between the countries with the assitance of EU. Actually the centers are closed but the functions are covered by the National Services of Employment.

Ministry of Education and Sport National Strategy of the Prior University Studies 2014-2020: Free textbooks for the children of returned emigrants Additional lesson hours for the pupils of the category of returned emigrants. Recognition of school records every time of the year, without deadlines In cases of lost documents special commissions are founded in order to integrated the pupil in schools

Ministry of State for the Diaspora Public debates for writing a new strategy on the diaspora and the migration in the country. Collaboration with the government of Kosovo in order to create a common agency of the management of diaspora and migrants.
