The impact of service on enabling looked after children and young people to enjoy and achieve is good The role of the Virtual School is highly valued by schools Schools value: the quality of partnership working, the timeliness of interventions and the challenge and support provided to them and CLA Advisory Teachers effective in supporting schools to track progress and meet needs Effective deployment of Education Support Workers in schools

2 What Ofsted said about the benefit to children and young people…… 91% of CLA surveyed said they get appropriate help and support to succeed Robust support for children out of county Educational attainment has continued to improve – with outcomes supported by one to one tuition PEA is used to increasingly good effect to help with education and personal development
