Gospel: Matthew Ch. 6: 24 – 34

God and Possessions

I cannot be a good boy and a bad boy. Either – Or I cannot be a good boy and a bad boy.

I cannot love God and the devil and the same time. Either – Or I cannot love God and the devil and the same time.

I cannot be a good student and a bad student. Either – Or I cannot be a good student and a bad student.

Both soul and body are gifts from God. I cannot care for my body only and neglect my soul. Both soul and body are gifts from God.

If I love God and live a good life – the rest will be given to me free. V.25 very well explained

V. 27: We ca do nothing by ourselves.

Ask and you will receive. God is waiting for our “Asking”.

God our Father knows what we need but He wants us to ask Him.

I do not ask enough and if I ask, what do I ask for?

Only material things. Do I ever ask God to help me improve my life, a better boy, a better student…

Lord teach us (me) to understand what is the important thing in our lives. Help us (me) to discover what is truly important.
