Across Genres Research Project

Across Genres…. A Genre is a type or category.. So “Across Genre” means that your project will include things from multiple genres, or categories of literature or communication. Your project will include Your Pre AP book A Poem A Song A Film

What will I have to do? 1. Have read your Pre AP book. 2. Complete your topic submission – due tomorrow. 3. Get your project supplies – (on next page!) 4. DO RESEARCH!

What will I need? 1. 100 pack of notecards 2. at least 3 different colored pens or highlighters 3. A project submission folder This list is also on your handout. Your items are due by FRIDAY

What due dates do I need to know? 1/15 – Source card #1 and information cards from it 1/16 – Source card #2 and information from it 1/20 – Source card #3 and information from it 1/21 – Itemized project report due 1/27 – Rough Draft due at THE BEGINNING OF CLASS 2/6 – Final draft and final project due THIS PROJECT IS WORTH (2) TWO TEST GRADES!
