Communication Charms and Remind Charms overview Remind https://www.remind.com/join/8ecg4d For Texts, message @8ecg4d to 81010 Expect weekly communication reminders for performers as well as necessary updates when they occur.

Calendar Performance May 3-6th with 2 performances on Sunday, May 6th. Tech Week will be April 23 -27th. Volunteers needed in order to complete the set at Lambert. Calendar is subject to change as the play progresses. All changes will be communicated as soon as they emerge

Tech Week The purpose The time frame Occurs during Milestones testing Open to Parent volunteers specifically and stage crew if available.

Student Requirements Absences from rehearsals must be communicated before hand at the earliest possible time. 3 Unexcused absences will result in repositioning within the play. Students are required to provide their own costumes Grades are of the utmost priority. Quarterly grade checks will be given out. Students with any failing grades in class will be repositioned until their grades improve.

Rehearsal tips for home Rehearsals are a time to bring performers together as a team and help them learn movement, choreography, and expressiveness on stage. Although lines will be worked over the next few weeks, actors should work lines and songs at home using their scripts and rehearsal tracks. Encourage students to create and maintain a schedule or priorities list for homework, projects, practice time, and other activities. Plays are a lot of hard work and demand a lot of time. Yet they are very rewarding.

Volunteer opportunities Set construction during tech week Ticket Sales for performances General publicity Ad sales for programs Providing snacks or assisting with weekend camps Back stage assistance for performance nights

Thank you for your help and support! Lets have a great performance!
