Market Participant User Forum Overall Purpose: To inform the readiness of R2.3 into Production. To support the Market Participant Community readiness to manage operations with R2.3. Meeting Organiser MOSL Chair Teresa Gibb, IS Market Reform Programme Manager, Anglian Water Service Ltd. Scope: Support the prioritisation of defects by customer and market transaction (not decision making but to inform priorities) Identify system / data and process issues quickly so each group (MPs, developers, data teams, CGI) spend less time analysing and more time fixing Share learnings across MP community and provide advice and guide recommendations of defects and workarounds Act as the conduit between CIO Forum, Programme Teams and Operational Teams to support the implementation and alignment of strategic decisions made Attendance: Frequency Tuesdays & Thursdays. 15:00 – 16:00 Inputs: Testing updates from Market Participants.
