How do I access the Training? Select the link in the training communication notice. That link will take you to the Reliance Login. Reliance Log In Appears Supplier: Login: Supplier Portal Login 1st time PW: polarisreliance (You will be prompted to reset your password after the 1st login.) 1st Time Login Settings: Select your Time Zone Select your Locale means to Select your Language. Recommend: English – no other languages currently available. Contact Purchasing.Systems@Polaris.com with log in questions.

Notice of System Timeout –Important! Due to security reasons, Reliance is set to timeout after 25 minutes of inactivity. This training course opens in a new window, clicking through the training does NOT count as Reliance activity. Therefore, you will see a timeout warning pop up while you are completing this training. Please click ‘OK’ to continue your Reliance session. If you DO NOT click ‘OK’, you will not be able to complete the test and you will have to start the training over!

Scroll down to the “Take Test” Section Select “Take Test” (This is navigating you to the training material that you need to review before taking the test.) OR If you had already accessed the training, instead of the green “Take Test” button, you will have a pending test template link to select. Training Material Link In the External Training Material Section, Select the Link to access the training materials The Training Material will open and you can select “START” to take the training course. Training Title Will Be Here - (Not Completed) This is where you access the training material & evaluation link

Training Title Will Be Here - (Completed) At the end of the training Exit training Very important: you need to complete the following steps to mark the training as ‘Complete’. Go back to Reliance Page If you had a passing score (usually 70% or above) you will see the course marked as Completed. You must then click on “Take Evaluation” button and complete the training evaluation. Training Title Will Be Here - (Completed) Your Feedback Is Important To Us!

Evaluation Submit Test & Evaluation Your feedback is very important to us. Please complete the training evaluation for the applicable fields. Once you complete the evaluation, scroll up to the top of the page and select the yellow “Completed” button. Select the “Submit” button. And Answer “OK” on the message. Submit Test & Evaluation

Results Training is Now Considered Complete. Review Results in the Results Report Section. Note: if you received a passing score (typically 70% or above) you will see a score of 100% and the word ‘PASS’. Important: Until you see ‘PASS’ on your record, the training is considered incomplete. You can now Exit the training. Training is Now Considered Complete.

Verify Completed Training Status To verify you have completed all the steps above: Within the Training module Go to ‘01. Person Profiles’ 01. My Profile Scroll down to the Requirement Under Status you should see it marked ‘Complete’ 2. Double click your name to open Your Name 3. Go to Training Plan tab Verify ‘Complete’ status to remain eligible to quote new business.
