Presentation and follow-up Needs on conformity assessment and interoperability issues in Tanzania (by Prof. Nkoma) Introduced the case of Tanzania for the institutional arrangement for conformity assessment and interoperability Emphasized on the capacity building in this area. Sharing what TSB has been working at the upcoming Council. ICT for good governance in the face of Globalization and Climate changes (by Joshep Kim) Introduced needs for ICT for good governance in terms of e-government, globalization, and climate change Identifying needs for a new resolution on this issue (PP or WTSA)  driven by PNG / APT ?
