Electric Current and Resistance Chapter 19 Sections 1 & 2.
Current Electricity - Symbols Draw the symbol for each electrical device.
 The continuous flow of electrons is current.  Measured in amps (A).  Two types of current 1. Direct current (DC) – electrons flow in only one direction.

In the last chapter we examined how static electric charges interact with one another. These fixed electrical charges are not the same as the electricity.
Electric Current Everything (water, heat, smells, …) flows from areas of high concentration to areas of lower concentration. Electricity is no different.

Project P08371 Portable Command Post The Portable Command Post is a self contained system which will give a first responder in the field a near real time image of the entire current disaster scene Electrical System Will Accept 120V AC or 12V DC Power Charges Battery When Plugged In Distributes Power Throughout System Sounds Alarm When Battery is Low The testing plan focused on testing the customer specification. Consideration was given in to the sample size of each test and Design of Experiment techniques were used to determine sample size. Certain tests such as drop test and endurance tests were not carried out due to the risk. Mechanical System Self Contained Water Resistant Usable While Closed Non-Critical High-Heat Generating Devices Power Down When Case is Closed Cooling System Operates While Case is Open Can Be Carried On Back Rick Chadwich (lead), Jim Stefano, Scott Pudlewski, Harith Soysa
