Competition Timeline Deadline for submission of completed pre-application Tuesday, March 8, 2016 at 5:00pm Last day that corrections and clarifications about the RFP and application will be posted to TCHC website Thursday, March 17, 2016 at 5:00:00 PM Request for Proposals Issued Monday, March 21, 2016 at 5:00:00 PM Applications Due Friday, April 15, 2016 at 12:00PM Public briefing for the Community Projects Review Committee (CPRC) : Fort Worth Housing Authority Board Room, 1201 E. 13th Street, Fort Worth, TX 76102. Week of April 18th CPRC Allocations Meeting - Closed Meeting Week of April 25th Last day to submit Attachment I - Local Government Approval (ES Only) Friday, May 6th, 2016 at 12:00PM Notify TDHCA of awardees and amounts Monday, May 09, 2016 CPRC Funding Decisions Announced July 2016 Continuum of Care Board of Directors Meeting to Approve Grant Awards: United Way of Tarrant County, Board Room, 1500 N. Overview of the FY16 NOFA Program Year – September 1, 2016 – August 31, 2017 $651,367 available for 2016 Single Applicants are limited to requesting no more than 60% of their budget for Street Outreach and Emergency Shelter activities. *Street Outreach and Emergency Shelter Applications for our community cannot exceed $390,820. Up to six (6) applications allowed for our CoC Minimum Request - $125,000 Maximum Request - $150,000 Up to 3% allowed in Administrative fees

New Criteria in 2016 NOFA Emphasis on Housing First Language Access Plan required One new performance measure: Residence prior to entry Use of Coordinated Access

Application Overview Parts 1-2 Part 3 – Performance Targets Do not delete any of the target measures Do not have to perform every measure, only those applicable to your activity Include ESG and Match performance Part 4 – Budget Administrative fees cannot exceed 3% Match required is $1:$1 Keep budget as a whole dollar amount Must include Match category

Language Access Plan You may customize the guidance, but a Language Access Plan is required Editable Language Access Plan is an attachment in the Application Put on Agency Letterhead (Preferable) ED signature is needed
