Overview of the FY16 NOFA Program Year – September 1, 2016 – August 31, 2017 $651,367 available for 2016 Single Applicants are limited to requesting no more than 60% of their budget for Street Outreach and Emergency Shelter activities. *Street Outreach and Emergency Shelter Applications for our community cannot exceed $390,820. Up to six (6) applications allowed for our CoC Minimum Request - $125,000 Maximum Request - $150,000 Up to 3% allowed in Administrative fees

New Criteria in 2016 NOFA Emphasis on Housing First Language Access Plan required One new performance measure: Residence prior to entry Use of Coordinated Access

Application Overview Parts 1-2 Part 3 – Performance Targets Do not delete any of the target measures Do not have to perform every measure, only those applicable to your activity Include ESG and Match performance Part 4 – Budget Administrative fees cannot exceed 3% Match required is $1:$1 Keep budget as a whole dollar amount Must include Match category
