Making every Opportunity Count (MeOC).....is about Everyone doing a little – transforming our culture Adding value to what you already do A preventative approach A brief conversation 30 seconds to 3 minutes between front line staff and people who use our services Enabling people to live as well as they can Signposting to local information/services People taking the opportunity Big change comes from each of us – people providing services and people using services – making a small adjustment to make a big difference at a population level
