We have added all the words for the year! Nevin Coppock 1st Grade BE SUPER! 5-12-17 Ms. Blake Ahoy Matey! This week was packed full of pirate fun!  We learned how pirates talk; we read lots of pirate books and completed comprehension and story element activities to go with them. Our favorite was “Pirate Pete”! We wrote about being a pirate after reading Pirates Don’t take Baths, a book about what pirates do and don’t do and made our own special pirate.
