Consider the following as you work How does each drug effect neurotransmitters? What effect do drugs have on various transporters/binding sites? What allows each user to feel high while under the influence of the drug?

Analysis Questions Do all drugs effect neurotransmitters the same way? Explain. Based on what you have learned, summarize how drugs alter the way neurons communicate. What “trends” did you notice with each type of drug? If several drugs alter “brain chemistry” in the same fashion, explain why users experience different types of highs while the drug is in the body.
