Eduskunta and open data 18.1.2019 Eduskunta and open data Citizens are creating websites that follow the parliamentary work and gather information about MP’s (news, blogs, opinions, decisions…) Main goal is to open the Finnish parliament data  Eduskunta data to be freely available to everyone, without restrictions from copyright, patents or other mechanisms of control. Open access.

Crowdsourcing is the act of outsourcing tasks, traditionally performed by an employee or contractor, to an undefined, large group of people or community (a "crowd"), through an open call. Crowdsourcing is a distributed problem-solving and production model. In the classic use of the term, problems are broadcast to an unknown group of solvers in the form of an open call for solutions.
