Practice Behaviors Gen 10.1 Substantively and affectively prepare for action with individuals, families, groups, organizations, and communities. As a Social Worker I should read the latest policies that will affect the populations that I will be working with to best serve them. Practice Behaviors

Practice Behaviors Cont’d Gen 10.2 Use empathy and other interpersonal skills. As a social worker I must communicate with others in a positive effective manner. Also I must show confidence in my ability to listen in a non judgmental way with understanding.
