Implementing the ConPlan The City will be using LISC’s MetroEdge and Quality of Life program;  to help the City select between 10-15 communities to provide quality of life and market assessments as well as advise on how to increase local capacity in low- and moderate-income census tracts.  This will enable the City to build upon the data analysis and stakeholder input to identify potential communities on the cusp of becoming thriving neighborhood.
