Supreme Court Activity

Case #1 The death penalty is a fair punishment for someone who has killed another person. 1. Think about and write down your opinion on this issue silently. 2. Share all opinions in your group, ask each other questions you may have about their opinion. 3. Vote to find out the majority opinion. Are you part of the majority opinion, or the dissenting opinion?
