Clarifications on Call Admission Control for EDCA November 2003 Clarifications on Call Admission Control for EDCA Mathilde Benveniste, Avaya Labs – Research benveniste@ieee.org Submission addresses D5.0 ballot comments: M. Benveniste (Avaya))

ACM Flag Specification November 2003 ACM Flag Specification All ACs with priority higher than that of an AC with ACM flag=1 must have admission control mandatory M. Benveniste (Avaya))

Downlink Frames without downlink TSPEC November 2003 Downlink Frames without downlink TSPEC If a STA has not secured a downlink TS for traffic in an AC with ACM=1, the AP must transmit frames in such AC to that STA using a lower priority AC that does not require admission control, if such frames are transmitted The AP must transmit frames destined to a legacy STA in the BE AC. M. Benveniste (Avaya))
