Quality Contact Designated Quality Contact for each curriculum area Regular meetings with teams Regular short meetings with team to see if there is any way we can support you with regard to quality matters eg upcoming FE file requirements, feedback on common issues, guidance on quality assurance processes and assistance with ProAchieve.  These would just be short catch ups for us to discuss the matters above, as well as an opportunity for you and your team to ask any questions you might have.   This is not an administrative role but is a way of helping address any quality queries / issues / training needs before they might become problematic.  It would be of benefit to meet on a regular basis and ensure that everything is in place.  Copy available on intranet – Quality/FE/Training, resources and updates.

Audit points relate to timings of study programme activity.
