The SEND Pod has been established to support Year 7 students with their transition to secondary school. These young people may not yet be 'secondary ready' and need the support of skilled teaching staff to ensure a successful transition. You will work closely alongside the Academy SENDCo, who is a senior leader, the Inclusion Manager and a team of skilled Teaching Assistants in order to support the students in the SEND Pod.
