Learning Objectives Through expert presentations, interactive panel discussions and targeted break-out sessions participants will: Examine the impact of gender, economic and policy barriers to nurse-led care and nursing leadership  Identify nurse-led solutions that enhance population and individual health outcomes Identify recommendations and pathways to maximize the impact of nurses, midwives and other frontline health workers in population and individual health outcomes.
