PBIS Pride in the Restroom

WASH YOUR HANDS!! Put Your Hands Together After the video… http://www.cdc.gov/cdctv/handstogether/ Why is it important for you to wash your hands after you use the restroom?

It’s all about showing Respect and Responsibility! Examples Non-examples Use 0-1 voice level Keep hands, feet, and objects to self Be quick Use bathroom equipment appropriately Flush after use Wash Hands Throw away trash Return to class promptly Voice level above 1 Throwing, shooting baskets with garbage Loitering in bathroom Standing on toilet Not flushing Not washing hands Leaving a mess Not returning to class immediately Arguing or talking back

It’s all about showing your Jaguar Pride! Put trash in containers Keep bathroom area clean Report problems in bathroom

Examples of Positive Behavior 1 - Put all trash in the trashcans and keep the restrooms clean for others and for yourself! 2 - Use this privilege wisely by going only to the restroom nearest your class. It is not to be used as an excuse to get out of class and wander. 3 – Leave class to go to the restroom only when necessary because you lose that instructional time. Your education is vitally important!

PBIS – Restrooms How does maintaining a clean environment helps you to take pride in yourself and your school?

Let’s Go Jaguars! SHOW YOUR Jaguar Pride AT SCHOOL, AT HOME, EVERYWHERE! LET’S DO GREAT THINGS! BE GREAT PEOPLE! AND DO OUR VERY BEST EVERY SINGLE DAY!
