Your goal is to stimulate their safety consciousness. If you have any questions or would like information to assist you in the session please call Keenan & Associates. Procedure: Step 1: Make copies of handouts for all employees Step 2: Review each handout with the group Step 3: Have an open discussion on the topic Step 4: Have attendance sheets signed and return to a file Session Length: 10 minutes Goals: 1. Create a positive attitude for safe lifting procedures 2. Encourage employees to practice safe lifting practices at work, home and play 3.
