It is useful to identify goals

It is useful to set achievable goals

Record keeping of meetings and goals helps keep structure and can be used for CPD points

By being aware of different communication styles, we can adapt our mentoring style to better communicate with our mentee (as well as others).

Culture Shock can have a huge effect on our staff.
