My Values a marriage of service experience with developmental change Lasting change happens through developing people and their relationships, enabling individuals to apply their skills and knowledge to best effect – including supporting and challenging individuals in teams to become true leaders. I believe in the possibility of finding real change in all circumstances I can support, channel and challenge your leadership to ensure that it leads to results and action. Not telling people what to do, but by helping them find new ways to achieve. And, ensuring that changes are sustained – not just initiated. Its all about how people work together to apply their skills.

Graham English Consultancy offers a focus on how individuals can act differently for better results

When might you use coaching? Skills shortages? Small or fast-growing business? Looking to deliver long-term performance improvement? Behaviour that could be changed in a short period? Organisational change? Changes in job role? Requiring significant shifts in the behaviour and attitudes? Do any of these apply?
