Culture

Culture defined Culture is a way of life of a group of people who share similar beliefs and customs. Many different things make up a society’s culture. food, language, clothing, tools, music, arts, customs, beliefs, government, technology and religion.

How is culture passed on? Language is important for communication and passing on traditions and beliefs. Family is the most important unit in how society organizes and shares ideas about culture from one generation to the next. We also break up into other groups: friends, religious groups, social classes, interest groups
