Multi-Building Preference Many large schools don’t want to set room and feature preferences Also don’t want to go through large course catalogue to set these Add the ability to select more than one building preference on academic units which then applies to courses in those departments

Campus Planning Interface Delegate a non-system admin to manage CPI accounts Specify which preferences your CPI users can set; don’t want them flagging courses as ‘Publish in SIS Room’ A complete overhaul of the CPI to modernize the technology, user experience, and consume EMS Platform Services

Automated Delivery of Academic Reports Schedule your statistical and utilization reports to be delivered on a regular interval to specified email addresses Reduces need for access to and training on the desktop client for users who are only interested in academic reports Never worry about missing a reporting deadline
Student Information System Integrations Move all SIS integrations into EMS Platform Services Add support for Workday Student Add support for Ellucian Ethos – allow EMS and Ellucian products to communicate via web services instead of direct database communication Campus Solutions Online
Final Exam Scheduling Improved ability to review room assignments For SIS’s that have final exam tables, enable read/write functionality Pull in final exam schedule and let EMS find the right space If setting preferences in Campus Solutions, eliminate the need for duplicate effort
