The applicant is responsible for the overall implementation of the project. 3

Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) 2. Who can apply? Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) HEIs from Programme Countries participating in an application must hold a valid ECHE. The ECHE is not required for HEIs from Partner Countries. 5
