2. Who can apply? The applicant organisation must be from the following EU or Non EU Programme Countries: !!! for Serbia and UK see Programme Guide page 22 (footnotes 10 & 11) !!! 2

Coordinating Organisation - Applicant 2. Who can apply? Coordinating Organisation - Applicant A consortium must be led by an applicant = the coordinating organisation The applicant submits the proposal on behalf of the partners. The applicant is responsible for the overall implementation of the project. 3

Number of participant/organisations 2. Who can apply? Number of participant/organisations Organisations interested in participating must do so as part of a consortium, including minimum six independent organisations from at least three Programme Countries, out of which: at least two higher education institutions AND at least two enterprises 4

Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) 2. Who can apply? Erasmus Charter for Higher Education (ECHE) HEIs from Programme Countries participating in an application must hold a valid ECHE. The ECHE is not required for HEIs from Partner Countries. 5

Eligible Countries 2 Organisations from Programme Countries Organisations from Partner Countries The list of Erasmus+ Partner Countries and conditions for their participation are provided in the Programme Guide, pages 21-24. But their essential added value in the consortium must be demonstrated. 7
